Brad has been training CrossFit for over 10 years and has personally seen the results of a healthy lifestyle in his day job as a police officer and as a father of 4 young kids. Brad has previously been a CrossFit coach in Afghanistan for 6 months where he ran Kandahar CrossFit in 2017. He has also spent several years as a police academy physical fitness instructor. Brad has a passion that’s contagious and everyone that knows him refers to him as “such a great guy”. We are so happy to have Brad as not only a coach at Celina CrossFit, but a role model and friend to us all.

I’ve been doing CrossFit since April 2016 and coaching since Dec of 2016.
Over the years people have asked why I do CrossFit and enjoy it so much. Well simple question with a very complex answer, and a question with several answers. BUT!! Out of all the answers there’s 2 answers that are the most important to me. First I want to honor and glorify my Father in Heaven in ALL I do, mentally physically, in everything. The second reason is my family and the people I have the privilege to coach: to lead, to not be to proud to follow, to inspire, to be inspired! I want to be an example my girls can inspire to be, to be the lady my son grows up and looks for in other ladies, to be the best wife my husband could ever want! CrossFit helps me with all that and the amazing friends I’ve made doing this is just an added bonus.

Amy Cowen was a member of Celina CrossFit for over a year before she became a coach. She has a passion to be a part of the same process that changed her life. Amy’s transformation was so inspiring that we asked her to be a part of our team. Amy is also a massage therapist with Essential Sides. Look her up if you need an AMAZING massage!

Angie found her passion for health and fitness because of her mom. Her mom was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in her early 30’s. She watched as her mom chose not to take her health seriously and the sickness progressed far quicker than it should have. She passed away in 2018, and as hard as that experience was for her, Angie has been able to use that to fuel her passion to help everyone she knows. She knows first-hand the importance of not only fitness, but nutrition. She is a L-2 Certified trainer and has been doing CrossFit for since 2012. Her knowledge and passion for helping those around her is evident the first time you meet her.
